Lovely getaway in Bohol

Able to wash clothes , food&fruits was amazing , motorbike was arranged & whole trip with plenty of spots to visit was provided by angel which made our life so much easier & efficient. Bamboo houses were cozy & sweet. Plenty of showers /WC & garden was lovely . Located close enough to must see spots & far enough from loudness & traffic.

The hospitality was absolutely great.

The hospitality was absolutely great. we had a perfect welcome when we arrived. we felt at home right away. we booked 2 days and we end up staying 2 more days. if you come to panglao, you have to stay at bohol garden homes !

Great value stay with the most hospitable family

Easy to explore the island by scooter, only 15 minutes to Alona beach by motorcycle which they can rent to you for 500php. The family really make you feel at home and are welcoming, the manager Angel is cool guy too! We were blown away by the hospitality, they got an engineer to fit a new fan for us within minutes when we reported ours was a bit weak. They also cooked us delicious dinner and breakfast for a good price and also helped us arrange a takeaway. They also arranged a countryside tour for us to see the highlights of bohol with a nearby resort with free pick up and drop off for only 500 pesos each which was great.

That was AMAZING TIME, that we spent in Bohol Garden Homes!

That was AMAZING TIME, that we spent in Bohol Garden Homes! Very nice and kind hosts, great food, really nice, quite and comfortable place to stay. There was White Beach near Garden homes, and it takes about 10 mins to go on Alona Beach by bike.

Unfortunately, there was no hot water in shower room, but it was really not a problem for this very hot climate :)

What a great choice this was.

What a great choice this was. Located away from way to busy Alona beach, yet close enough to even more beautiful beaches. With motorbike everything is only minutes away . The place gives you very home feeling. You are surrounded with beautiful garden. All people that works there are so warm hearted. They cook brilliant food using vegetables from the garden, so everything is super organic. I will not think again where to stay when I’m going back to Bohol.

Just outstanding !

Everything ! Espacially the warm welcoming of Angel and his family. So many good plans to share with us. Food, facilities, rooms, it was a really good surprise for us and we recommand this place at everyone who wants to live something different than classic tourist’s your on Panglao.

The Bohol Garden Homes are situated in the middle of a beautiful large garden away from the road. The hosts are very friendly and you immediately feel welcome.They help you with everything possible and they are at any time there for you. The Breakfast and dinner are always freshly prepared and delicious. We also recommend a one-hour massage, which is available on request.

Bohol Garden Homes is a perfect place to chill, relax, or go and explore Panglao, as the location is excellent, but what it makes it even more incredible are the owners (papa and mama), manager (Angel) and all the rest of staff....everybody is there to make your stay unique. Anything you need just ask and they will go out their way to accommodate you. Meals are cooked fresh and are super yummy and huge meals, great value for money!!!! The bungalow was perfectly clean, peaceful, comfortable bed, a/c, an outside little veranda to enjoy!!! Definitely exceeded my expectations! I would recommend this place to anybody! Thank you nice family!!!!

What was the highlight of Sobral Rice Terraces View

Nice place with friendly staff

Staff are very friendly and helpful and made you feel at home, Angel especially. They will cook you dinner for a minimal charge and cater to vegetarians too. Rooms are Basic but really clean. The overall feel of the place is lovely and very much in with the nature.

It was quite noisy as there's a Kareoke bar next door and Roosters start singing very early. Not their fault though and the manager did say he was going to speak to them. We booked a tricycle with them to go just down the road 2 or 3 kms to other accommodation (we would have stayed but they were fully booked) and they changed us 300 but the next day we got one all the way to the port (which was much much further probably 4 x for 350)
